Council received ten submissions regarding the annual budget, six from various community
groups.....
Proposed Land Tax
Some residents in the growth corridor have been notified of this proposed tax on land sales in the growth corridor for the first sale of land exceeding 0.4 hectare. Compare this with the NSW arrangement for funding growth area infrastructure!
